The Combine Preparation Program was designed with one objective: to elevate status of an athlete through superior performance during combine testing. The performance at this event is dependent upon a comprehensive, preparatory-specific conditioning program, which targets strength, speed, agility and quickness. The Combine Preparation program is a 6 week program that enhances each athlete’s speed, agility, quickness, strength, power, core stabilization, balance, while improving their overall football skills.
Each athlete is assessed at the beginning of the program and each program is tailored to the needs of the individual athlete.
In addition to addressing perceived weaknesses we also focus on enhancing the player’s strengths.
