COMBINE PREP PROGRAM

Improve your 40 yard dash time, Increase your Vertical Jump.

The Combine Preparation Program was designed with one objective: to elevate status of an athlete through superior performance during combine testing. The performance at this event is dependent upon a comprehensive, preparatory-specific conditioning program, which targets strength, speed, agility and quickness. The Combine Preparation program is a 6 week program that enhances each athlete’s speed, agility, quickness, strength, power, core stabilization, balance, while improving their overall football skills.

Each athlete is assessed at the beginning of the program and each program is tailored to the needs of the individual athlete.

In addition to addressing perceived weaknesses we also focus on enhancing the player’s strengths.

  • Improve Linear Acceleration Skills for Break Away Speed and Decreased 40 Yd Dash Time
  • Develop Explosive Power to maximize the Vertical Jump & Broad Jump Tests
