Speed is the difference maker on all levels, Professional, college, high school and youth programs. We believe strongly in focusing a large portion of our program on the development of speed and agility because speed can be taught and every athlete can get faster. Speed training focuses on teaching athletes how to utilize proper technique and body angles to achieve the greatest speeds possible.
While top speed is very important, our speed training focuses on three components:
Through a comprehensive program, athletes will ultimately see increases in all phases of speed training. One of three phases is the focus in each session, with all workouts complementing each other. We use speed drills, sleds, cones, resistance parachutes, as well as other tools to teach our athletes how to run efficiently in any situation.
