ETS Sports Performance training programs focus on developing speed, strength, and enhancing the athlete’s ability to leverage these capabilities to their advantage. ETS includes speed and plyometric training in all programs.
Our athletes are trained by athletes, therefore workout like athletes. Our trainers have trained with some of the best strength coaches in the country. Our program prepares our athletes for the vigorous training schedules endured at many of the top universities in the country.

At ETS we create an environment where competition breeds excellence; athletes working together to better each other, one workout at a time. Our program encourages athletes from various schools to work together and push each other in and out of our facility – encouraging healthy competition and comradeship.
Youth Development (up to 5th grade)
ETS specializes in youth sports performance training while balancing the athletes program to reduce the risk of injury. Training includes: speed, strength, agility, quickness, flexibility, balance, power and conditioning. Our Youth training program implants an athletic foundation in our youth athletes, which is essential for his/her development. Our programs are designed to build coordination, balance, strength, agility and confidence.
High School Development (6th – 9th Grade)
Our high school development program (6th – 9th grade) prepares you’re athlete to compete at a higher level. Training improves Strength, Speed, Power, Agility, Balance, Coordination and Conditioning, while decreasing the risk of injury. Low trainer to athlete ratio, focus on technique, form and safe strength training.
Upper Classmen (10th Grade and Up)
Our high school program (10th grade and up) improves Strength, Speed, Power, Agility, Balance, Coordination and Conditioning, while decreasing the risk of injury. Throughout our training program our athletes become stronger, faster, and more explosive regardless of what sport they play!
